A Miracle derived from the old Latin word miraculum meaning "something wonderful", is a striking interposition of divine intervention by a supernatural being in the universe by which the ordinary course and operation of Nature is overruled, suspended, or modified.
What an amazing thing miracles..."they are both beginnings and endings, and so they alter the temporal order. They are always affirmations of rebirth which seem to go back but really go forward...They undo the past in the present, and thus release the future....Miracles transcend the body. They are sudden shifts into invisibility, away from the bodily level...Miracles reawaken the awareness that the spirit, not the body is the altar of truth....Miracles should inspire gratitude, not awe. You should thank God for what you really are. The children of God are holy and the miracle honors their holiness, which can be hidden but never lost"...

Pondering on the phrase above "the spirit not the body is the alter of truth" it helps me to understand that we are all mind, body, and spirit...but what is everlasting and true is spirit. The mind and body come to an end, but the spirit lives on...and is the truth..So when you choose to know someone...know their spirit...not just the body or the mind...touch their soul and know the truth....
think of all the miracles in your life....
